Has America Lost Its Ability To Reason?
Dreher has composed a piece that hits at the core of where we are failing in our k-12 education as well as the crux of what is ailing our country politically. Our democracy depends entirely on having a populace that is not only educated in the sense that we can read/write/cipher, but also in that we have been groomed to use our ability to reason effectively, especially in matters of public policy that affect our entire nation.
