WARREN...MONTGOMERY AND LINCOLN COUNTIES IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...
AND SOUTHERN PIKE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI UNTIL 730 AM CDT

AT 1143 PM CDT...REGIONAL RADARS INDICTED THAT THE RAIN ALONG AND
NORTH OF THE INTERSTATE 70 CORRIDOR IN MISSOURI HAD TEMPORARILY
ENDED. HOWEVER...ALL OF THE LATEST WEATHER GUIDANCE MAKES IT APPEAR
ALL BUT CERTAIN THAT ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL
DOWNPOURS WILL BE REDEVELOPING ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE PREDAWN
HOURS.
OF PARTICULAR CONCERN IS LINCOLN COUNTY...WHICH EXPERIENCED
WIDESPREAD FLOODING PROBLEMS THURSDAY EVENING WHEN 4 TO 6 INCHES OF
RAIN FELL IN A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
DUE TO THE RECENT WET WEATHER...THE FLOODING THREAT WILL ALSO BE
ESPECIALLY HIGH IN ANY AREA THAT TYPICALLY EXPERIENCES FLOODING...
SUCH AS POORLY DRAINED OR LOW LYING AREAS.
