STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM CARPENTER TO
MANCHESTER...AND MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS...ALONG WITH
HEAVY RAIN AND FREQUENT DANGEROUS LIGHTNING.
