RADAR ESTIMATED AROUND ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST FEW
HOURS ACROSS LINCOLN COUNTY AND WESTERN ST. CHARLES AND WESTERN ST.
LOUIS COUNTIES. THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WILL SPREAD NORTHEAST ACROSS
THE REMAINDER OF THE ST. LOUIS METRO AREA DURING THE MORNING RUSH.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
