* AT 816 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO SHOWERS
THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING.
OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL RESULT IN MINOR FLOODING IN
THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN
ACCORDING TO TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS AND DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES.
MINOR STREET FLOODING HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN THE ST. LOUIS
METRO AREA. FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND DRAINAGE DITCHES IS
BEING REPORTED IN OUTLYING AREAS.
