* AT 311 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA...FROM
NEAR LAMBERT FIELD TO NORTH OF GRAFTON. THIS BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS
HAS PRODUCED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN IN LESS THAN AN HOUR IN SEVERAL
LOCATIONS, AND ONE STORM SPOTTER REPORTED THAT 6 INCHES OF WATER
COVERED THE NORTH LANES OF HOWDERSHELL ROAD...JUST NORTH OF DUNN
ROAD.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
