SOUTHWESTERN PHELPS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...
* UNTIL 700 PM CDT.
* AT 1254 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. FROM ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS AREAS JUST EAST OF FORT LEONARD WOOD.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
