FOLLOWING AREAS...IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS...BOURBON...CHEROKEE
AND CRAWFORD. IN MISSOURI...BARRY...BARTON...CEDAR...
CHRISTIAN...DADE...DALLAS...DENT...DOUGLAS...GREENE...
HOWELL...JASPER...LACLEDE...LAWRENCE...MCDONALD...NEWTON...
OREGON...OZARK...POLK...SHANNON...STONE...TANEY...TEXAS...
VERNON...WEBSTER AND WRIGHT.
* UNTIL 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING
* SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE
AREA. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS STILL POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY
EVENING. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH IS
EXPECTED THROUGH THIS EVENING.
* RECENT HEAVY RAIN HAS SATURATED SOILS AND RESULTED IN RISES ON
AREA STREAMS AND RIVERS. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL COULD LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING OF LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND STREAMS...AS
WELL AS RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT RISES ON AREA RIVERS.
THOSE CAMPING OR FLOATING ON AREA STREAMS AND RIVERS SHOULD BE
ALERT FOR RAPID WATER LEVEL RISES.
