RAINFALL FROM EARLIER WAS PRODUCING MINOR FLOODING ALONG THE
CITY STREETS OF NEOSHO.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS CAUSING MINOR FLOODING.
LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE...GRANBY AND NEOSHO. CREEKS...
STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO
THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
