...THE FLOOD ADVISORY FOR HEAVY RAIN REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 500 AM
CDT FOR BENTON AND NORTHWESTERN MORGAN COUNTIES...
AT 330 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THAT RAINFALL HAD DIMINISHED ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR
ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES ACROSS MUCH OF
BENTON AND MORGAN COUNTY SINCE SUNDAY EVENING.
RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING. SMALL
STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO
THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
