AN AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
RADAR ESTIMATED THAT AROUND 1 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.
THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER PARTS OF NORTHWEST LINCOLN
COUNTY.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO OCCUR...
