PHILADELPHIA TO 7 MILES NORTH OF CLARENCE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
25 MPH.
WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS...ALONG WITH
HEAVY RAIN.
