* AT 931 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 3
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVERNIGHT AND THAT MORE RAIN WAS LIKELY
OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
