SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI...
* UNTIL 300 PM CDT
* AT 1210 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
RADAR ESTIMATED UP TO TWO AND HALF INCHES OF RAIN...WITH THE
HEAVIEST AMOUNTS INDICATED JUST SOUTHEAST OF WARRENTON.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
INCLUDE...TROY...WARRENTON...WENTZVILLE...WRIGHT CITY...MOSCOW
MILLS AND TRUESDALE.
THE LINCOLN COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE REPORTED WATER OVER THE ROAD AT
HIGHWAY J NEAR ROUTE WW. HOWEVER...THIS ROAD REMAINS OPEN AT THIS
TIME.
