At 307 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported gusty winds, small
hail and brief heavy rainfall with a line of strong thunderstorms
extending from near Grafton to Calverton Park to Fenton to House
Springs to near Old Mines. Movement was east at 45 mph.
Strong thunderstorms will be near... St. Louis, Webster Groves,
Ferguson, Jennings, Crestwood, Bellefontaine Neighbors, Berkeley,
Maplewood, Black Jack and Shrewsbury around 315 PM CDT.
Granite City, Alton, Arnold, Pevely, Madison, Lemay, Barnhart,
East Alton, Hartford and Bella Villa around 320 PM CDT.
Cahokia, Wood River, Columbia, Bethalto, De Soto, Pontoon Beach,
Dupo, Cahokia Parks Airport and South Roxana around 325 PM CDT.
Collinsville, Godfrey, Centreville, Alorton, Valmeyer and Fountain
around 330 PM CDT.
East St. Louis, Edwardsville, Troy, Maryville, Millstadt, Olympian
Village and Rosewood Heights around 335 PM CDT.
Swansea, Glen Carbon, Waterloo and Dorsey around 340 PM CDT.
Belleville, Shiloh, St. Jacob, Marine and Prairietown around 345
Smithton, Worden and Alhambra around 350 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Barr, Sauget,
Blackwell, Modoc, Madonnaville, Prairie, Floraville, Chalfin Bridge,
Fults and New Hanover.
This also includes Washington State Park, Scott Joplin Historic
Site, Confluence State Park, Mastodon Historic Site, Sandy Creek
Covered Bridge Historic Site, Gov. Dunklin`s Grave Historic Site, and
Horseshoe Lake State Park.
