Morgan County in central Missouri...
* Until 530 PM CDT Thursday.
* At 1128 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen with rainfall
measured in Hickory County of 1.5 inches in 45 minutes .
* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flooding.
