THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
RADAR ESTIMATED THAT BETWEEN 1 AND 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN.
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
