* IMPACTS...FROM THE STRONG CROSS WINDS TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT...
ESPECIALLY ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS AND HIGHWAYS. IN PARTS
OF CENTRAL KANSAS...BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS LIKELY AND
WOULD GREATLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES. AREAS AT GREATEST RISK FOR
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WOULD BE RUSSELL AND LINCOLN COUNTIES.
