COLD WIND CHILLS.
* TOTAL SNOW AND ICE ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS NEAR AND
NORTH OF A MINNEAPOLIS TO HIAWATHA LINE WILL LIKELY RANGE FROM
2 TO 5 INCHES...WHILE AREAS NORTH OF A REPUBLIC TO MARYSVILLE
LINE WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES.
* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONSISTENTLY RANGE FROM
15 TO 25 MPH...WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
