The Baldwin City Council voted Monday night to start proceedings to deem this building at Sixth and High streets as unsafe. A hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 2. City staff was also directed from the vote to begin immediately to barricade the area off in a different manner than is currently in place. The crack in the brick building's structure can be seen on the back corner.
