Price of power: part III

Baldwin City should cut their losses and sell out to KCPL. There is never going to be large population growth with the cost of utilities so high. I know a number of people putting their houses up for sale to get out of Baldwin and move to Lawrence due to the fact that they are sick of the outrageous utility costs. I am pretty sure that $4.00 a gallon gas has ensured that there will not be much growth in the near future. Also what if in the future plug-in electric cars become a popular way to battle high gas prices, then who would want to move to a town with the highest electric rates around.
