You can go to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office website and see the arrest record. It's at the bottom of this page:

Nothing like un-biased reporting.
“Most disappointingly, Dish Network has refused KTKA’s offer to continue carriage while negotiations continue, Preston-Cargill said. As a result, Dish Network is not giving their customers time to find alternate ways to get KTKA’s signal.”

Um…so what?
How about more editorials on how much change we're going to get with Obama?

“Dorathy was thrilled to get the first large portion sold and save patrons’ money.”
Dorathy isn't interested in saving patrons' money. That's pretty clear.

Oh…so I'm guessing all those millions of dollars the supporters of the school bond issue promised us from the State aren't already in our bank account.
Suckers. We're just a bunch of suckers. Thanks Amy.

Here's a quote from a story on Yahoo.com. Read it and weep:
“Liberals are growing increasingly nervous – and some just flat-out angry – that President-elect Barack Obama seems to be stiffing them on Cabinet jobs and policy choices.
Obama has reversed pledges to immediately repeal tax cuts for the wealthy and take on Big Oil. He’s hedged his call for a quick drawdown in Iraq. And he’s stocking his White House with anything but stalwarts of the left.
Now some are shedding a reluctance to puncture the liberal euphoria at being rid of President George W. Bush to say, in effect, that the new boss looks like the old boss.”

“Every dollar that stays in Baldwin City helps so many people. If we all do that, the help goes even further.”
And if we'd quit raising taxes and passing bond issues we'd actually have money to spend in the community. Approximately $250,000 a year was taken out of our collective pockets with the bond issue - that's money that won't be going to the retailers.
Because it's so expensive to live here we all have to shop out of town and online. You can't have it both ways.

Hey! I've got a great idea! Let's pass a $23 million dollar bond issue!
Don't expect any mercy from Cleavinger - she led the parade telling people 'it's only $xxx' a year for our poor, poor, children. We're lucky she didn't triple the rate increase and say the same thing.
