- Cuts, scrapes, broken and fractured bones, bloody noses, dislocations, sprains and twists are all part of the game. In order to be successful in a sport, there are sacrifices. To help mend those sacrifices, there is Gary Stevanus, head athletic trainer at Baldwin High School.
- BHS tennis takes second place

- The Baldwin High School tennis team played on Saturday and had good results. The team narrowly placed second behind Class 6A power St. Thomas Aquinas, and both doubles squads each won the tournament championship.
- BHS students learn about government
- September 20, 2000
- On Friday, the newly established seminar period at Baldwin High School was used for the benefit of all students taking government classes. State Rep. Ralph Tanner (R-Baldwin) presented to the students, which primarily consisted of juniors. He talked about how bills were passed and how we use politics in our everyday lives, even here at BHS.
