After almost nine months of construction, the new Baker University residence hall, the Living and Learning Center, is complete. Baker received the keys to the hall on Aug. 1, right on schedule. There’s just one thing missing - the students.

With the dog days of summer in full swing, the 101st annual Vinland Fair is fast approaching. The festivities begin Thursday morning and end Saturday evening, although one event will be Sunday at dawn.

Maple Leaf pageant returns

Lumberyard work continues

Despite the sweltering summer heat, construction continues on at the Lumberyard Arts Center. Workers at the site are currently tearing up the walls and floorboards to examine the building’s foundations.
