Are you kidding? It's the only thing that ever HAPPENED in Baldwin! Even at the ripe old age of six in 1957 when the Maple Leaf Festival first happened I knew enough to be thrilled that something was actually going to break the endless boredom of life there. What other reason would ANYONE ever have to spend time (and money) there?
