Scenes from the 2009 Maple Leaf Festival
October 17, 2009
The 2009 Maple Leaf Festival grand parade went off without a hitch Saturday morning and lasted around 45 minutes. When this horse — complete with painted "toenails" — came by toward the end of the parade, the sun was actually out. For about 15 minutes during the parade, the sun was out and people loved it. But it didn't last.
