May 2 Storm Damage
A wind storm ripped through the Baldwin City area early Friday morning and caused damage at various locations.
This tree in the front yard of Mike Brungardt's house at 920 Grove fell to north and east. Had it fallen south, it would have taken out a power line. "The Lord works in strange and mysterious ways," Brungardt said of the relative good luck during the early Friday morning wind storm.
