Fourth of July celebration July 5, 2007
Baldwin City celebrated another Fourth of July with fireworks and swimming.
Family and friends gathered at the ball fields north of Baldwin High School to watch the annual Community Fireworks Display.
The sun was beginning to set as spectators set up their chairs and blankets prior to the Community Fireworks Display.
Once again the Baldwin City pool was packed with hundreds of visitors on the Fourth of July. The pool was free to enter from noon to 4 p.m.
American flags lined a row of bushes at a house in Baldwin City. Flags were placed at every house for the Fourth of July holiday.
Hundreds of spectators brought lawn chairs and blankets to the annual Fourth of July fireworks display.
