2006 Maple Leaf Festival
The 49th-annual Maple Leaf Festival went on as usual, despite rain showers all Saturday. The sun came out Sunday, as did the visitors.
Maple Leaf emcees Knute Pittenger, left, and Bill Gray had one of the biggest umbrellas on hand at the festival, using it to shield them from the rain Saturday. The duo also used plastic bags to cover their microphones.
