Chad Lawhorn, a former editor of the Baldwin City Ledger, was named yesterday at the managing editor of the Lawrence Journal World.

Veteran Lawrence Journal-World reporter and columnist Chad Lawhorn has been named managing editor of the newspaper. As managing editor, Lawhorn will oversee the Journal-World’s staff of editors, reporters and photographers as well as the news staffs for The World Company’s weekly newspapers in Baldwin City, Tonganoxie, Bonner Springs and Shawnee.
