Trenda and Brian Garrett opened Bulldog Bakery’s Sweet Shop at 719 Eighth Street just in time for the Maple Leaf Festival. The couple, who run the shop with their teenage children, Amber and Zach, plan to have traditional cakes, pies, cookies and pastries, as well as frequent surprises.
