With a more secure position because of a five-year lease with the city for the golf course, the Baldwin Golf Association is beginning to explore replacing the horsebarn at the course with a new clubhouse. Baldwin Golf Association President Steve Wilson said water leaks from the failing roof has made the building a poor reflection on the community during events at the course.
