Andrew Morgan, right, is still undecided about how he will vote in his first presidential election in November. Signs point to a more competitive contest for young voters than in 2008 when President Barack Obama won 64 percent of the votes of those 18 to 24 years of age. That accounted for 1 in 6 of the votes he received.
