Baldwin High School students, from left, Colin Thomas, Britton Schroeder, Kara Hoegerl and Ellie Parr show off the first-place trophy that they won recently in the Kansas ProStart Student Invitational state competition in Wichita. The team was in the management competition and will now head for nationals.

Baldwin High School students aren’t only the best in the state at engineering and designing an airplane. It seems they are also talented at developing a business proposal for a new restaurant concept.
