Kenneth LaVerne Williams 1920 - 2015
Kenneth LaVerne Williams, age 95, passed away in his sleep on November 20, 2015 in Baldwin City, Kansas. He was born July 11, 1920 in Lyndon, Kansas the son of Lewis Williams and Beulah (Royer) Williams. Kenneth grew up in eastern Kansas and moved to Morgan County, Colorado in 1951.
Kenneth had his own custom farming business and also worked for American Fertilizer, CO-OP, and Great Western Sugar Factory. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fort Morgan, Colorado.
On November 25, 1943, Kenneth was united in marriage to Marjorie Irene Sutton. They share over seventy-two year of loving marriage.
Kenneth is survived by his wife Marjorie Williams; his son Phillip Williams and his wife, Teresa, of Baldwin City, Kansas; daughter Janet Black and her husband, Jim, of Centennial, Colorado; eight grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, and seventeen great-great grandchildren.
