Frank Glenn O'Neil 1926 - 2011 Wellsville

Services for Frank Glenn O’Neil, 85, Wellsville, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, at Wilson’s Funeral Home in Wellsville. Burial will be in Wellsville Cemetery.
Mr. O’Neil died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, at Olathe Medical Center.
He was born March 10, 1926, in Wellsville, the son of Paul John and Edith Mae (Pearson) O’Neil. He grew up in Wellsville and graduated from Wellsville High School in 1944.
On April 19, 1946, he married Phyllis Arlene Seyler in Wellsville. She died Sept. 16, 2009.
Mr. O’Neil served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and had been a high-line electrical construction worker for more than 40 years, retiring in 1988 from IBEW 304 of Topeka. He also was a farmer and cattleman.
He was a member of Wellsville United Methodist Church, Wellsville American Legion Post 194, a former member of the Black Jack Historical Society and the Local IBEW 304 of Topeka.
Survivors include two sons, Roger (Marcia) O’Neil and Rick (Colleen) O’Neil, both of Wellsville; a daughter, Janine (Larry) Dwyer, Wellsville; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. Tuesday, prior to services.
