Mona J. Bray 1911 - 2008 Central City
Memorial services for Mona J. Bray, 96, Central City, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at United Presbyterian Church in Central City. Burial will be at the Leigh Cemetery in Leigh at a later date.
Mrs. Bray died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at Long Term Care in Central City.
She was born Dec. 26, 1911, in Creston.
Survivors include her husband, Steve Bray, Central City; a son, John Hall, Genoa; two daughters, Laurel Fishler Croxton, Apache Junction, Ariz., and Peggy Fishler Dey, Baldwin City, Kan.; a stepson, Chris Bray, Washington, Neb.; two stepdaughters, Pam Phillips, Texas, and Florence Morgan, Central City; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Willis Decker Jr., Phoenix; and two sisters, Bette Paulsen, Dallas, and Medina Lovell, Denver.
Mrs. Bray was preceded in death by two previous husbands, George Hall and Lester Fishler; a daughter, Bonnie Jean Hall McDonald; and a grandson.
The family suggests memorials to be used toward a tribute to Mrs. Bray at the hospital in Central City.
Solt Funeral Home in Central City is in charge of the arrangements.
