Ruby Blann 1930 - 2008 Lawrence

Graveside inurnment services for Ruby Blann, 77, Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Eudora City Cemetery.
Mrs. Blann died Friday, June 13, 2008, at St. Francis Health Center in Topeka.
She was born Aug. 17, 1930, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, the daughter of Chester and Clara Votaw Baecker. She graduated from Eudora High School in 1948.
Mrs. Blann was a homemaker.
She married Ralph H. Blann on July 11, 1948, in Eudora. He died Nov. 26, 1992.
Survivors include a son, Rance Blann, Broken Arrow, Okla.; four daughters, Roetta McMaster, Kansas City, Mo., and Roxann Blann, Robyn Blann and Rendra Blann, all of Lawrence; three sisters, Shirley Lawellin, Lawrence, Phyllis Young, Baldwin City, and Katherine Woodson, Perry; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
