Frank. F. Findley 1926 - 2007 Baldwin City

Graveside services for Frank F. Findley, 81, Baldwin City, were Tuesday at Oakwood Cemetery. Mr. Findley died Dec. 14, 2007, at Baldwin City.
He was born April 20, 1926, at Hiawatha, the son of William R. and Ruth Gilmore Findley. He graduated from Lawrence Memorial High School and attended Kansas University. Mr. Findley served in the U.S. Air Force from 1944 to 1946. He worked at Obers Clothing in Lawrence and Mallards Clothing in Prairie Village. He owned Pats Dari Ring and also worked for Food for Less.
He married Patsy R. Dillon on July 4, 1948, at Baldwin City. She survives, of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Mark, Gladstone, Mo., and Eric, Baldwin City; a daughter, Deborah S. Findley Purvis, Derby; a sister, Dorothy Koger; three brothers, Jim, David and Paul; a sister-in-law, Vi Findley; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Bill, and a sister, Catherine.
