Darrell Dewayne Otto 1947 - 2008 Baldwin City

Funeral services for Darrell Dewayne Otto, 61, Baldwin City, will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Wilson's Funeral Home in Wellsville. Burial will follow in Wellsville Cemetery.
Mr. Otto died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, at his home.
He was born Jan. 28, 1947, in Lawrence, the son of Carl Arthur and Denora June McDaniel Otto. He grew up in and around the Lawrence area and attended Lawrence and McLouth schools.
Mr. Otto served two years in the U.S. Air Force. He worked in the oil business for 10 years and for Bridger Coal in Wyoming for 20 years. He most recently worked for Royal Tractor in Gardner for the past 13 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Jessica Otto, Baldwin City; a son, Carl T., of the home; two stepsons, Richard and Dean Cozad; a stepdaughter, Dawn Cozad; a half-brother, Carl Junior Otto, Graham, Wash.; a sister, Gynith Foster, Ft. Smith, Ark.; a sister, Kathy Leach, Pomona; and a grandson.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
