To the editor: It’s unfortunate that folks like Dorothy Martin (July 8 Baldwin City Signal) fire off letters to the editor before getting all of the facts. She obviously didn’t bother to research what she was talking about.
Letters to the Editor

To the editor: Isn’t it sad that we have an activity director for the city of Baldwin City that is so uninterested in our lovely city to not “remember” to plan for a Fourth of July fireworks show that is enjoyed by so many of the fine folks that live here?

To the editor: I am writing in response to the letter of Mrs. Kite. I am sure it won’t do any good, but you need to get some of your facts right. If you haven’t noticed, we have been in a small recession.

To the editor: This is an open letter to the Baldwin School Board and Supt. Paul Dorathy. You people have placed a terrible tax burden on the elderly and rural people by passing the school bond.
