A. Consider Resolution 2015-27 Establishing A General Fund - Fund Balance Policy.

B. Consider Development Plan for Kwik Shop

(A development plan has been submitted for Kwik Shop on the vacant property located at the intersecting streets of 7th and Ames. The property was previously occupied by a single family residence. The property is currently zoned CP-2, Planned General Commercial District. According to the Development Plan application, the intent of the project is to construct an additional canopy and four fueling pumps that will offer less congestion and additional access to the Kwik Shop facilities. The purpose of the CP-2 zoning district is to provide sufficient space in appropriate locations for most commercial and service activities.)
