How would you rate the city's effort at plowing streets after last week's snow?

Excellent. My street was cleared within the first 24 hours.
Ok, but I had to shovel my drive again after the plows went by.
Poor. Needed a four-wheel drive to get around.
Good. The main streets were cleared soon but took some time to really clear side streets.
