Housing-start stimulus grant approved for Baldwin City

Baldwin City will soon receive a $200,000 housing-start stimulus should a grant be made available as approved. Dave Hill, chairman of the Baldwin City Economic Development, said the Kansas Housing Authority Corporation has approved a $400,000 grant for Baldwin City and Wellsville with each community eligible to receive $200,000.
