B. Consider Ordinance No. 1285 relating to rezoning certain property from the Residential District (R‐

1A), to the Residential District (R‐1B), all within the Corporate Limits of the City of Baldwin City, 

Kansas. (Tina Rakes)   

C. Consider Ordinance No. 1286 amending Chapter V “Business Licenses and Regulations” of the 

Code of Baldwin City, Kansas establishing commercial use of sidewalks for dining purposes and 

permitting issuance of regulations related thereto. (Chris Lowe)

A. Consider  planning  commission  recommendation  of  an  ordinance  approving  conditional  use 

application for 502 Ames Street within Baldwin City limits. 

B. Consider planning commission recommendation regarding petition to vacate a portion of Jasper

C. Consider planning commission recommendation regarding petition to vacate a portion of Kibbee 

Street in Baldwin City, Kansas.
