A. Consider the draft minutes of the August 6, 2012 Regular Meeting.

B. Consider Appropriation Ordinance No. 2012‐8B: claims against the City for goods provided and services rendered.

C. Consider re‐appointment of Chris Lowe to the KMGA Board of Directors.

A. Consider Ordinance No. 1281 designating High Street, Lawrence Street and Eisenhower Road within the City of Baldwin City, Kansas as main trafficways. (Chris Lowe)

A. Consider for first reading an Ordinance No. 1282 adopting the 2011 40th Edition of the “Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities.”

B. Consider for first reading Ordinance No. 1283 adopting the 2012 Edition of the “Uniform Public Offense Code for Kansas Cities.”

C. Consider Resolution No. 2012‐07 authorizing the use of sidewalks & street rights‐of‐way for the 2012 Maple Leaf Festival.

D. Consider Resolution No. 2012‐08 adopting a temporary parking & traffic plan for the 2012 Maple Leaf Festival.
