City council designates Wednesday as Ted Brecheisen Day

On April 4, the Baldwin City Council declared this Wednesday to be Ted “Junior” Brecheisen Day in Baldwin City.

Brecheisen is a current member of the city council. He is finishing his third-consecutive four-year term on the council. He has also served two four-year terms from 1967-1971 and 1975-1979.

There will be a community reception for Brecheisen from 5:30-7 p.m. Wednesday at The Lodge on U.S. Highway 56 in Baldwin City. Anyone is welcome to attend reception. Refreshments and cake will be served.

Brecheisen’s final city council meeting will be April 18.

This is great!
But it's not as great as Thursday being deemed "Robin Bayer No Longer Holds Any Office in Baldwin City Day"!!!!!
