A. Consider the draft minutes of the June 7, 2010 Regular Meeting
B. Consider Appropriation Ordinance No. 2010-6B: claims against the City for goods provided
and services rendered.

A. Consider authorizing the city administrator to accept a proposal for a substation breaker
project from Eaton Electrical of Lenexa, Kansas in the amount of $290,431.
VII. New Business
A. Consider adoption of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with KDOT and other partners
to cooperatively implement the US-56 Corridor Management Plan.
B. Consider Resolution No. 2010-04 setting the time and place of a hearing regarding a reported
unsafe structure at 600 High Street; declaring such structure an immediate hazard; and
authorizing the public officer to barricade the structure in order to protect the general public.
C. Consider Resolution No. 2010-05 setting the time and place of a hearing regarding a reported
unsafe structure at 1004 Sixth Street.
D. Consider Resolution No. 2010-06 setting the time and place of a hearing regarding a reported
unsafe structure at 910 Dearborn Street.
E. Consider Resolution No. 2010-07 setting the time and place of a hearing regarding a reported
unsafe structure at 304 High Street.
F. Conduct a work-session for purposes of discussing economic development, specifically
relating to the feasibility of business park development.
