City council agenda for tonight’s meeting
The Baldwin City Council will vote for the second time tonight on a proposed electrical rate increase of 6 percent starting July 1 and another 6 percent starting July 1, 2011. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in the American Legion Hall.
