B. Consider Appropriation Ordinance No. 2010-12B: claims against the City for goods
provided and services rendered.
C. Consider 2011 CMB licenses for Santa Fe Market, Kwik Shop, and Wheat State Pizza.
D. Consider 2011 Pool Operation Agreement with Baldwin City Recreation Commission.
