A. Consider the draft minutes of the August 2, 2010 Regular Meeting

B. Consider Appropriation Ordinance No. 2010-8B: claims against the City for goods and services.

C. Consider approval of a bid from Seal-O-Matic Paving of Riverside, MO for asphalt milling and

overlay for a project total of $99,328.26.

D. Consider approval of Resolution No. 2010-13 for the installation of stop signs on Elm Street at

Lawrence Street; and on Bullpup Drive at Elm Street.

E. Consider approval of the purchase of a 2002 Freightliner bucket truck from Southwest

Equipment of Lewisville, Texas for the amount of $41,000.

court costs in Municipal Court; and providing substitute and additional provisions on the same


B. Consider an ordinance establishing the amount of court costs in Municipal Court.

C. Consider an ordinance adopting the 2010 38th Edition of the “Standard Traffic Ordinance for

Kansas Cities” as published by the League of Kansas Municipalities.

D. Consider an ordinance adopting the 2010 26th Edition of the “Uniform Public Offense Code for

Kansas Cities” as published by the League of Kansas Municipalities.
